All visitors to Australia, except citizens of New Zealand, require a visa in advance of travel. In some cases, you can apply for a visa online.

Invitation Letters

If needed, ISITA2014 can issue an invitation letter to any participant who is the author of an accepted paper and has completed the registration procedure, including the payment of the registration fee. To request an invitation letter, send an email to isita2014reg@iceaustralia.com with the following information:

Delegate Name
Affiliation
EDAS paper number
Paper title
Date of Birth
Nationality
Passport Number
Passport Date of Issue
Passport Date of Expiry

Applicants for invitation letters are encouraged to start the visa procedure as soon as possible (but after completing the registration), as the procedure may take substantial time, depending upon on your country/region. Please note that the invitation letter does not guarantee your qualification for a visa and your entrance to Australia.
