Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at hotels within walking distance to the conference venue. These rates are only available to conference delegates and bookings must be made during the registration process.
Credit card details are required to secure your accommodation booking and may be charged by the hotel if you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival, in accordance with their cancellation policies.
