Online registrations for ISITA 2014 have now closed. You can still register for the conference by visiting the Registration Desk, located on Level 2 of the Exhibition Centre side of MCEC.

Author registration At least one author of each paper must register by 20 July for the paper to appear in Final Program and the Proceedings. A maximum of three papers per registered author is allowed. The EDAS paper ID(s) must be provided by at least one author at the time of registration.
Registration Fees (AU$)
All registrations include: plenary sessions, technical sessions, Conference Proceedings on USB, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and banquet dinner.

Registration Deadlines
* Early registration deadline for regular type is 15 August.

Registration and Payment
Register at the ISITA2014 Conference Registation site. This site uses SSL security and 128 bit data encryption.
There are two payment options:
- pay by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), or
- send an invoice.
If you pay by credit card, then your credit card will be charged immediately. If you choose send an invoice, then an invoice will be sent to the address you specify, and payment must be received by the appropriate deadline (15 August or 13 October). If paying the invoice by bank transfer, then you are responsible for any associated bank transfer charges.
Upon receiving your registration payment, a confirmation will be emailed to you. Please have this confirmation available for presentation at the registration desk when you arrive.
Dietary and Accessibility When registering, you can provide information about dietary requirements and accessibility needs. In addition, you can send your requests directly to isita2014reg@iceaustralia.com.
Hotels Before 26 September, you may select a hotel when registering. Special rates have been negotiated for conference delegates at hotels within walking distance to the conference venue. Credit card details are required to secure your accommodation booking and may be charged by the hotel if you cancel your booking within 30 days of your arrival, in accordance with their cancellation policies. See the hotels page for more informaiton.
Online registration will close 13 October. After 13 October, only on-site registration is available. All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AU$).
Registration Changes, Refunds and Cancelations
Registration changes and amendments are allowed. Use your registration number or email address at:
All amendments, including transfers, made after October 13 will incur a AU$20.00 additional fee.
Registration cancellations received up to 26 September 2014 will receive a full refund, less AU$150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between 27 September and 13 October 2014 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after 13 October 2014. As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another representative.
ISITA2014 does not refund registration fees of authors of papers accepted for publication unless all papers and the registration are withdrawn before the final submission deadline of 20 July.
Use of Your Personal Information
Your personal information provided at the registration will be managed by the ISITA2014 committee, and your data will be used only for the purpose of this symposium, and notifying you of upcoming ISITA symposia. Unless otherwise agreed by you or requested by law, your personal information will not be disclosed to the third parties except to those who are engaged in this symposium.
