Accommodation

To provide a high-quality conference at a reasonable price, the conference organizer has a contractual obligation to fill a block of rooms in the Grand Copthorne Waterfront. Please consider staying at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, to make ISITA a great event. For the mutual benefit of the participants, the hotel and the conference organizer, we have negotiated to allow the participants to stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront at a discounted rate.

# of guests  Price [3 nights (Oct. 28–30) / Tax and service charge are included]
Single/Twin use US$440 US$400
Triple use US$660 US$600
  • This special discount is offered as a package, which is available only to participants who will check-in on Oct. 28 and check-out on Oct. 31 (ie., stay for the 3 nights of Oct. 28, 29, and 30).

  • We offer Deluxe Rooms (32 Sqm / 300 Sq Ft) for Single/Twin/ Triple use.

  • The price includes tax and service charge. The breakfast is not included.

  • There is no discount for one-night or two-night stays. If you want to stay two nights or less at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront, please contact JTB USA Inc.<isita@jtbusa.com>, the conference management company. You may also wish to book on your own.

  • The organizer blocks rooms only during the symposium (nights of Oct. 28, 29 and 30).  If you want to stay before or after the symposium, please contact JTB USA Inc. <isita@jtbusa.com> or book on your own.

  • Triple occupancy requires an extra bed.  Extra beds can be requested at time of reservation but are not guaranteed.  Although JTB will work to secure, if the extra beds are sold out, JTB will contact you with alternative options at best available rates.

  • The number of rooms is limited. The promotion is terminated when all rooms in the contracted block are sold. Participants are encouraged to make room reservations as early as possible.

  • On-line reservation of the hotel also closes on Sept. 21 (or earlier if all rooms are sold).

Registration Changes, Refunds and Cancellations

Registration cancellations received up to September 21, 2018 (UTC) will receive a full refund, but $50 is deducted as a processing fee. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on or after September 22, 2018. The same policy applies for the cancellation of the reservation of hotel rooms. Cancellations of extra banquet tickets received up to September 21, 2018 will receive a full refund, but no refunds will be given on or after September 22, 2018.

ISITA2018 does not refund registration fees of authors of papers accepted for publication unless all papers and the registration are withdrawn before the final submission deadline.
