Submission deadline: 31 July 3 August 2018 23:59 (UTC)  Deadline is extended

Acceptance notification: 10 August 2018

Authors who wish to present their work in the recent results poster session and to have their abstract included in the symposium proceedings should submit a one-page abstract on EDAS --- open from 31 May 2018.

Authors should use the same format as for regular ISITA papers, but with one page only. Note that a submitted abstract should be a final version; no revisions will be considered. Formatting errors may lead to rejection.

Accepted abstracts will appear in the ISITA symposium proceedings after a formal review process. Poster abstracts will not appear in IEEE Xplore.

For Presenters of the Poster Session

A poster area of size 91 inches (231 cm) wide by 44.5 inches (113 cm) high is provided to the author(s) of each paper.
Each presenter will be provided a poster board for displaying A0 paper (portrait orientation), i.e., 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height) or 33.11 inch (width) x 46.81 inch (height).

The authors are strongly recommended to bring pushpins for attaching their poster on the board. At least one of the authors is required to stay near their poster during the session.
