Room Reservation

Guest rooms at discounted rates have been reserved for symposium participants in the hotels. Please make sure your room reservation shall be made by September 30, 2006. After September 30, 2006, original rates will be applied to all room reservations.

1. 10% service charge and 10% VAT will be added to the rates of COEX
    InterContinental Seoul and Hotel Riviera.
2. Only 10% VAT will be added to the rate of ibis Seoul.
3. To reserve a room, please send your reservation form to the hotel directly.
4. The hotels (marked with *) is located within a walking distance from COEX.
5. Hotel shuttle bus will be operated from Hotel Riviera to COEX at 8, 9, 10 a.m. every     morning.
6. In some cases, you may use a cheaper rate of the hotels through a travel agency     in your country.

Reservation Cut-Off Date: September 30, 2006

Any cancellations should be made by September 30, 2006, and no-shows will be subject to charge for one night.
